DELIVERY INFORMATION
Processing Time:
Once your order is placed, our production team begins preparing and printing your item. This process usually takes about 4 to 5 business days. After that, we’ll generate a tracking number and hand your package over to the shipping carrier.
Please note:
If your order is completed near the weekend, you might receive a tracking number during that time. However, please note that shipping carriers typically update tracking status on business days only, so movement may not appear right away.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Vietnam and the United States.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes around 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location. All orders are shipped from our studio in Vietnam, and we currently deliver to the United States and internationally.
We currently ship both within the United States and internationally. All products are shipped from Vietnam.

- Free shipping: Orders over $69
- Standard U.S. shipping: $4.95
- Standard International shipping: $6.95
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES & TRACKING NUMBER
Estimated number of business days it takes until you will receive your order after placing it on the website.
Orders are processed once your shipping information is confirmed. Delays in responding to order confirmation emails may delay processing.
You will receive tracking details once your item is shipped.
If you're ordering more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times, as they may be shipped from different warehouses.
While we always strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays due to customs clearance in the destination country are beyond our control.
FAILED DELIVERIES
All orders are shipped with full tracking and photographed packaging confirmation. Once an item is marked as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
We highly recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your order at the delivery location.
If a customer refuses to accept a delivery, we are not responsible for the order in any way.
Packages returned to the sender due to missed delivery attempts or incorrect addresses will incur the original shipping fee, the return shipping cost, and a $10 restocking fee. Any refund issued, if applicable, will be deducted by the total of these charges.
EXTERNAL DELIVERY FACTORS
While we strive to deliver packages within the estimated time of arrival, the actual delivery date may be influenced by factors such as flight schedules, weather conditions, and other external variables.
For the most accurate delivery date, we recommend referring to the tracking information provided.
To ensure a timely and successful delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is entered accurately and includes:
- Correct street name and number
- Building or apartment number (if applicable)
- City, zip code/postal code, and country
- Any special delivery instructions or access information
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or failed delivery attempts.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for such occurrences if they arise due to incorrect or improperly entered address information at the time of purchase.
