DELIVERY INFORMATION

Processing Time:

Because each product is print-to-order (with custom names, numbers, or artwork), and we take special care to ensure the size and details you choose are perfect, production takes approximately 4–5 business days. This allows us to deliver high-quality tailoring, printing, and careful packaging.

Once production is complete, we’ll generate a USPS tracking number and hand your package over to the carrier.

Important: Our fulfillment team operates Monday to Friday only. Orders placed late Friday or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday (Vietnam time).

Shipping Time:

Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your destination.

Please note:

-Shipping carriers such as USPS only scan and update tracking information on business days.
***Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in both Vietnam and the United States.

We currently ship both domestically within the U.S. and internationally. All products are shipped from our production facility in Vietnam.

SHIPPING FEES:

  • Free shipping: Orders over $79
  • Standard U.S. shipping: $4.95
  • Standard International shipping: $6.95

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES & TRACKING NUMBER

Estimated number of business days it takes until you will receive your order after placing it on the website.

Orders are processed once your shipping information is confirmed. Delays in responding to order confirmation emails may delay processing.

You will receive tracking details once your item is shipped.

If you're ordering more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times, as they may be shipped from different warehouses.

While we always strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays due to customs clearance in the destination country are beyond our control.

FAILED DELIVERIES & REFUSED PACKAGES

All orders are shipped with full tracking and photographed packaging confirmation. Once an item is marked as "delivered" to the shipping address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

***We highly recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your order at the delivery location.

If a customer "refuses" to accept delivery or the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete address, our store is not responsible for the order.

Packages that are returned to sender due to missed delivery attempts or incorrect address details may be held by the carrier for a limited time before being considered undeliverable or discarded. In such cases, we cannot guarantee recovery or redelivery.

EXTERNAL DELIVERY FACTORS

While we strive to deliver packages within the estimated time of arrival, the actual delivery date may be influenced by factors such as flight schedules, weather conditions, and other external variables.

For the most accurate delivery date, we recommend referring to the tracking information provided.

To ensure a timely and successful delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is entered accurately and includes:

  • Correct street name and number
  • Building or apartment number (if applicable)
  • City, zip code/postal code, and country
  • Any special delivery instructions or access information

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or failed delivery attempts.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for such occurrences if they arise due to incorrect or improperly entered address information at the time of purchase.
