GLOSSARY 
"AUP (Acceptable Use Policy)": Rules prohibiting abusive/illegal use, exploitation of vulnerabilities, unlawful 
scraping, infringing/hateful content, and refund/chargeback abuse. 
"Buyer Protection (PayPal)": PayPal dispute windows available to buyers; these Terms do not limit such rights. 
"Delivered": Carrier-confirmed delivery status (scan/GPS/signature) indicating transfer of risk per these Terms. 
"DMCA": U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act; our notice-and-takedown procedure for copyright claims. 
"Dropshipping": Sales model in which the merchant holds no stock; a fulfillment partner manufactures/ships 
directly to the customer. 
"Fulfillment partner": Third-party manufacturer/packer/shipper designated to produce and deliver orders. 
"IP (Intellectual Property)": Rights such as trademarks, copyrights, designs, and publicity/image rights. 
"Mail-only service address": Correspondence-only address; no returns and no walk-ins. 
"POD (Print-On-Demand)": Made-to-order production after purchase; may include customization. 
"RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)": Approval code and return workflow; warehouse address is disclosed 
only after approval. 
"UGC (User-Generated Content)": Designs/content provided by customers for POD fulfillment. 

1) ACCEPTANCE 
By using www.squad4gear.com or placing an order, you accept these Terms and the referenced policies (Privacy, 
Returns & Refunds, IP/DMCA). If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2) SERVICE MODEL & PAYMENTS 
POD dropshipping: orders are produced/packed/shipped by designated fulfillment partners. 
Payments via PayPal (and other methods if published). 
Buyer protection: Nothing here limits your PayPal Buyer Protection windows where applicable.

3) ACCOUNTS & ELIGIBILITY 
You must be 18+ and legally capable. Provide accurate data and keep your account secure.

4) ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE 
Orders are an offer to buy. We may decline/cancel (before shipment) for mispricing, stock issues, fraud risk, or 
policy/legal reasons. If cancellation is our error, we will refund in full. 

5) PRICING, TAXES & CURRENCY 
Prices typically exclude taxes/duties/import fees; the recipient may owe such charges. FX rates/fees are 
determined by PayPal/card issuers. 

6) PRODUCTION, SHIPPING & DELIVERY 
POD lead-times depend on product specifics and partner workload; transit depends on carrier/destination. If no 
delivery timeframe is stated, we endeavor to deliver within 30 days; if a delay is expected, we will seek your consent to a new date or refund undelivered items. Risk of loss passes on carrier confirmation. Minor print  variances may occur. Multi-parcel shipments may occur.

7) RETURNS & REFUNDS (SUMMARY) 
The Singapore address is mail-only; no returns/walk-ins. 
RMA required: contact support@squad4gear.com within 7 days of Delivered (no later than day 14) to obtain an RMA number and the warehouse address. Parcels without RMA or sent elsewhere may be refused; no COD. 
Accepted scope: manufacturing defects, wrong/missing item, transit damage (with evidence).

Not accepted: change-of-mind, customer-chosen wrong size, minor color variance inherent to POD. 
Mandatory rights preserved: consumer protections in your jurisdiction (e.g., EU/UK rules for faulty/non-conforming goods; POD customization exception) and PayPal Buyer Protection remain unaffected.

8) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & UGC 
All site content is owned by or licensed to us and cannot be reused without written consent. If you upload designs for POD, you warrant rights and grant us/our partners a worldwide, non-exclusive, fully paid license to reproduce, resize/reformat, print, and deliver solely to fulfill your order. We may refuse unlawful/infringing/hateful 
content. 
8.1 Third-Party Trademarks (e.g., “XYZ™”) 
References to marks like “XYZ™” are descriptive only (compatibility/inspiration) and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement. We do not use third-party logos/artwork/assets without authorization. Takedown requests are handled under our DMCA/Notice-and-Takedown procedure. 
8.2 Anti-Counterfeiting & IP Violations 
Zero-tolerance for counterfeit and IP violations. We may suspend/cancel orders and refuse service; where appropriate, we may cooperate with rights holders/authorities.

9) QUALITY WARRANTY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 
POD items meet ordinary production standards and the ordered model. The site is provided “AS IS/AS AVAILABLE”. Our total liability per order will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected items.

10) FRAUD PREVENTION & CHARGEBACKS 
We cooperate with PayPal and anti-fraud tools. Abusive chargebacks may lead to refusal of future service and lawful collection actions.

11) EXPORT CONTROLS & SANCTIONS 
You are not in a comprehensively sanctioned territory nor a denied party. We may refuse/hold/cancel where required by export-control/sanctions laws.

12) GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES 
Singapore law governs (no conflicts rules). First, 30-day good-faith negotiation; failing that, non-exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts. Mandatory consumer protections in your residence jurisdiction remain unaffected.

13) CHANGES; AUP; FORCE MAJEURE; ASSIGNMENT; SEVERABILITY; E-NOTICES 
We may update Terms by posting a new effective date. You agree to an Acceptable Use Policy prohibiting exploitation of vulnerabilities, unlawful scraping, infringing/hateful content, and refund/chargeback abuse. We are not liable for force-majeure events. You may not assign without our consent; we may assign in corporate reorganizations. Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder. You agree to electronic notices and records.
