 At Squad4gear, each product is crafted with care—made-to-order and tailored to your selection, whether it's a custom jersey, custom uniforms, personalized name, number, or a printed design. Because of the print-on-demand and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We strongly encourage you to review our size chart carefully before placing your order. If your item includes custom text (e.g., a name or phrase on a jersey), please double-check the spelling and content before checkout.

However, we do accept return or refund requests within 48 hours of delivery if the product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered (e.g., incorrect size, design, or customization). To qualify, customers must contact us via email at support@squad4gear.com within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.

We understand that achieving a 100% perfect fit can sometimes be challenging. That’s why we offer our Fit Guarantee, which ensures you get the best possible fit.

If your item doesn’t fit as expected based on the size chart selected at checkout, we offer a free size exchange or a full refund if the issue is due to a production error. If you prefer to keep the item instead of exchanging it, we may offer a partial refund (10–15%) to help cover local tailoring costs. To be eligible, please provide clear photos showing how the garment fits compared to the size you ordered—whether it’s too big or too small.

Sizing Policy

We understand that shopping for clothing online can be challenging without trying it on first. That’s why we take great care to provide clear, detailed product descriptions, to help ensure accuracy and confidence in your choice.

Please note:

1. All items are made according to the standard size you select at checkout. Please review the size chart and compare your body measurements carefully before placing your order.

2. If the item feels too big or small but matches the size chart, it is not considered a defect.

3. If you believe the sizing is significantly off from what’s listed, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include clear photos and a short explanation.

We accept returns ONLY for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong style or color). Minor issues such as small loose threads or slight marks are not considered defects.

Our quality guarantee covers manufacturing defects. Please follow the included care instructions to ensure long-lasting prints.

**Please Notice: The return address is not the same as the one on the label. Please do not return items without obtaining the address provided by us.

We operate an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process for returns limited to manufacturing  defects, wrong item, missing item, or transit damage, etc. Contact us within 7 days of Delivery (no later than day 14) at support@squad4gear.com with order ID and clear photos/video. 

If eligible, we’ll issue an RMA number and provide the designated warehouse address (not publicly disclosed; do not ship to our Singapore registered address; no COD). Items without RMA or sent to the wrong address may be refused. After inspection (3–5 business days), we’ll remake/reship or refund accordingly.

1) Scope 
Applies to POD orders placed on vietcommerce.test. 
2) Eligible cases 
We accept claims/returns for item arrives damaged, defective, or faulty (e.g., design errors, printing mistakes, material flaws). Item received is significantly different from the order (wrong size, wrong design, or incorrect customization). Item arrives with missing parts or is the wrong item shipped. Order is cancelled by us due to system error, invalid payment, or production issue.

3) Not eligible

The following cases are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect size chosen if it matches the size chart provided.
  • Spelling mistakes or incorrect customization details submitted by the customer.
  • Minor imperfections such as small loose threads, slight marks, or minimal print variances not affecting function or appearance.
  • Items returned without prior approval or RMA number.
  • Unauthorized or unidentified returns sent to the wrong address.
  • Products outside the claim window (48 hours for shipping issues, 7–14 days for RMA returns, 30 days for defect warranty).
  • Wear and tear, misuse, or customer damage after delivery.
  • Orders cancelled after 4 hours of placement (since production has already begun).
  • Discounted post-purchase offer items (after the 2-hour cancellation window).

 Parcels without RMA, sent to an unapproved address, or COD.

4) RMA request - timing & steps

  • Contact within 7 days of Delivered (no later than day 14).
  • Email support@squad4gear.com | Subject: RMA Request – [Order ID].
  • Required evidence:
    • Order number and full customer name.
    • Clear photos or video of the product showing:
    • The defect, damage, or incorrect customization.
    • The product’s size label, design, or relevant detail (to verify mismatch).
    • Packaging condition (if claiming transit damage).
    • Short written description of the issue

Response time: 24–48 business hours. If approved, we issue an RMA number and provide the warehouse address (label RMA-WH/xxx).

Do not ship to the Singapore registered address. No COD.

5) Shipping back (if requested) 
• Write the RMA number on the parcel exterior. 
• Use a trackable service within 7 days of RMA issuance. 
• Parcels without RMA/wrong address may be refused/untraceable.

For many POD defects, photo/video evidence is sufficient and no physical return is required. If a physical return is needed, instructions will be provided in the RMA email. 

6) Inspection & resolution

Inspection at the warehouse: 2–4 business days after receipt. 
• Resolution options: 
o Remake/Reship at no cost; or 
o Refund (full/partial) to the original payment method. 
• Refund timing: typically 3–10 business days (processor-dependent). 
Liability cap: Not exceeding the amount paid for the affected item(s).

7) Marked “Delivered” but not received 

• Notify within 7 days to start a carrier trace; you may be asked for a not-received declaration. 
• Outcome depends on carrier verification (GPS/signature/area scan).

8) Multi-parcel / multi-warehouse orders 
Orders may ship in multiple parcels from different print hubs; claims are handled per affected item/parcel. 

9) Mandatory rights & PayPal

This policy does not affect mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction (e.g., EU/UK rules for faulty/non-conforming goods, with the customary customized/POD exception).

timelines remain unaffected.

10) Additional notes 

• Return costs: If the issue is on us/our partner, we cover the appropriate costs per instructions. If a claim is not eligible, it may be declined.

Cancellations

Your order is cancelled by us due to unexpected reasons.

  • Invalid Card Owner Identity
  • An error by our Website System.

In case you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at support@squad4gear.com within 4 hours after the order is placed and we will try our best to assist you: 

  1. Remove duplicate items. 
  2. Increase an item’s quantity.
  3. Change your shipping address. 
  4. Change your email address. 
  5. Upgrade shipping (If you already have a plan and need to expedite shipping).
  6. Cancel your order.

**All our products are custom-made and printed-to-order. After 4 hours, your order enters the automated production queue, and materials begin being processed. At this stage, cancellation is no longer possible without waste or loss, as each item is created specifically for your request, not from pre-made stock. This policy helps us maintain quality, reduce unnecessary costs, and offer fair pricing.

Post-Purchase Offer Refunds

Squad4gear will refund for post-purchase offers are only eligible within 2 hours of order placement.

After this window, all items — including those added through special offers — will be processed and shipped as part of your full order. At that point, our standard return policy will apply.

Please note:

1. The extra item may appear identical to your original purchase (same size and color), but it is a separate, discounted item you accepted after checkout.

2. This item is not a duplicate or error, but a bonus item offered as part of a limited-time promotion.

3. Once the item is fulfilled or shipped, it is non-refundable. If you did not intend to purchase the extra (discounted) item(s), please contact us within 1–2 hours to request a refund for that item only (your original order will remain unaffected).

Unidentified Returns

All return packages must be clearly labeled with your order number and customer name.

Please note:
1. Returns that are not pre-approved or do not include proper identification may be rejected.
2. Any unidentified or unauthorized return received will be held for a maximum of 3 days from the arrival date. If we are unable to verify the return within this period, the item may be discarded without further notice, at Squad4gear’s discretion.

Warranty for Manufacturing Defects

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item has a manufacturing defect (e.g., faulty stitching, printing error, or material flaw), you are eligible for a warranty claim within 30 days of receiving the product.

To file a claim, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photo or video evidence of the issue
  • A brief description of the defect

Once verified, we will offer a free replacement, full refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the issue and your preference.

Note: This warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or issues caused by incorrect sizing or customization input provided by the customer.
