We understand that achieving a 100% perfect fit can sometimes be challenging. Thatās why we offer our Fit Guarantee, which ensures you get the best possible fit.
Please provide clear photos showing how the garment fits compared to the size you ordered - whether itās too big or too small. Once reviewed, we will cover 5-10% of your purchase price to help with alterations at your local tailor.

Sizing Policy

Please note:
1. All items are made according to the standard size you select at checkout. Please review the size chart and compare your body measurements carefully before placing your order.
2. If the item feels too big or small but matches the size chart, it isĀ not considered a defect.
3. If you believe the sizing is significantly off from whatās listed, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include clear photos and a short explanation.
We accept returns ONLY for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong style or color). Minor issues such as small loose threads or slight marks are not considered defects.

We only accept returns if the item arrivesĀ damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong style or color), please contact us within 48 hours.
To ensure transparency and protect both parties, each item is carefully inspected and recorded with photos by our team before being packed and shipped. We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. To help us resolve any potential issues quickly and fairly, we require customers to record a video while opening the package.

How to Return or Exchange an Item (If Applicable)
If a customer insists on returning an item outside of our policy, the following conditions apply:
1. The customer is fully responsible forĀ return shipping fee
2. AĀ 20% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund to cover labor, inspection, packaging, and restocking.
3. Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact).
4. Returns pre-approved by our support team via email.

Cancellations
Your order is cancelled by us due to unexpected reasons.

In case you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at support@squad4gear.com within 4 hours after the order is placed and we will try our best to assist you:Ā
- Remove duplicate items.Ā
- Increase an itemās quantity.
- Change your shipping address.Ā
- Change your email address.Ā
- Upgrade shipping (If you already have a plan and need to expedite shipping).
- Cancel your order.
**Once your order has been processed, your request for changes/cancel will not be applicable
Post-Purchase Offer Refunds
Squad4gear will refund for post-purchase offers are only eligible within 2 hours of order placement.
After this window, all items ā including those added through special offers ā will be processed and shipped as part of your full order. At that point, our standard return policy will apply.
Please note:
1. TheĀ extra item may appear identical to your original purchase (same size and color), but it is a separate, discounted item you accepted after checkout.
2. This item isĀ not a duplicate or error, but a bonus item offered as part of a limited-time promotion.
3. Once the item is fulfilled or shipped, it is non-refundable. If you did not intend to purchase the extra (discounted) item(s), please contact us within 1ā2 hours to request a refund for that item only (your original order will remain unaffected).
Unidentified Returns
All return packages must be clearly labeled with your order number and customer name.
Please note:
1. Returns that are not pre-approved or do not include proper identification may beĀ rejected.
2. Any unidentified or unauthorized return received will be held for a maximum ofĀ 3Ā days from the arrival date. If we are unable to verify the return within this period, the item may be discarded without further notice, at Squad4gearās discretion.
